About Us
TAK HING INDUSTRIAL LTD is one of the companies that started operations in the year 2007 and in that time span, it has amassed almost two decades worth of experience in the production of mobile phone cases. Their major focus is on offering customers around the world with customized solutions which means that if you can imagine a specific product, there may well be a manufacturer for it here.
The workshop of this factory was started in the Chinese city of Guangzhou, an industrial hub with good logistical access. The workshop spans over 2000 square meter and employs around 100 people including engineers and employees handling quality control.
The availability of more than 20 injection molding machines ensures that we can consistently produce a stable amount and that it will be efficient.
Our daily output is over 10,000 units which amounts to monthly production of approximately 300,000 units. Hence, we can supply both small order quantities as well as large-volume productions.
In addition to our Research and Development department we are also able to come up with new design concepts based on the latest changes in the market.
We have our products exported and sold all over the world. They are available in Europe, North America and Asia. However, one of the important points that sets us apart is that we are the strictest quality control at each and every stage of our production.
Manufacturing Process
1. Material Inspection
Before production commences we make sure that PU leather, TPU materials, magnets, and accessories are at high standard and match all technical specifications.
2. Cutting & Preparation
Bellow you can see how we prepare materials for further processing - leather is cut in a variety of sizes and shapes.
3. Component Assembly
Here is how the TPU frame, leather cover, card slots, and kickstand parts are put together.
4.Logo & Surface Processing
We complete the surface of the leather at this stage to make it more unique e.g: by adding logos printing and other forms of surface treatment.
5. Functional Testing

Shipping & Trade Information：
Products are packed individually into polybags or retail boxes. We also can customize the packages based on customers' needs. Usually, each carton is filled with 100 pcs (this number can be different if requested). The size of the carton is 52 x 42 x 32 cm, and the total weight ranges from 11 to 13 kg.
Goods delivery is based on FOB, as agreed with the exporter, at a Chinese port. Delivery periods of bulk orders are normally about 10-15 days, while for prototypes we expect 3-7 days.
