TAK HING INDUSTRIAL LIMITED was established in 2007 and has nearly two decades of experience in manufacturing mobile phone cases, specializing in customized solutions for global customers.
The company's factory is in the city ofGuangzhou in China and covers an area of more than 2000 square meters with approximately 100 employees including engineers and QC personnel. The presence of more than 20 sets of injection molding machines guarantees our production capacity stability and efficiency.
We can produce over 10,000 pieces perday and up to 300,000 pieces per month which is sufficient to accommodate small OEM orders as well as large-scale bulk production.
Driven by the power of a dedicated Research and Development team, we have the capability to generate new product designs in accordance with market trends. Our high-quality products enjoy wide international distribution to Europe, North America, and Asia, with consistent implementation of quality control at every stage of the production process.
Manufacturing Process
1. Material Checking
We look at incoming materials such as TPU, PC, magnets etc. together with metal parts at this stage before going ahead with manufacturing process.
2. Injection Moulding
Plastic parts are made in compliance with product drawing / specification.
3. Magnetic Ring Making
Magnetic pieces together with kickstand parts are put in place with assembly done on an accurate basis.
4. Surface Treatment
Products undergo finishing like mat coating, texture finish or printing.
5. Functional Testing
We perform these checks on every product:

6. Inspection and Packing
The accepted goods are packed as per your demands.
Shipping & Trade Information：
Items are packaged either in separate polybags or in retail boxed units. Custom packaging is also an option. A standard carton contains 100 pcs (which can be changed depending on demand). Each carton is sized at 52 × 42 × 32 cm., and weighs approximately from 11–13 kg.Shipping terms are FOB according to the agreement from a Chinese port. Bulk order lead time is normally 10–15 days and sample production is 3–7 days approximately.
